These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Calipso Visual Designs website operated by Patkika LLC, and any purchases you make. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and services

Calipso Visual Designs sells digital design products and design services (such as logo design, branding, social media, print, and web design deliverables). Product descriptions, inclusions, and turnaround times are described on each product page. We aim to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed on the product pages and may be shown in your local currency. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is required in full before work begins or files are delivered.

Design services & client responsibilities

For service-based orders, you agree to provide the content, assets, and feedback we reasonably need to complete the work. Revision rounds, if any, are specified on the product page. Delays in providing materials or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual property & licensing

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables as described on the relevant product page (for example, ownership of a commissioned logo, or a licence to use a template). Unless stated otherwise, we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Templates and pre-made assets are licensed, not sold, and may not be resold or redistributed as-is.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, or to commission work that infringes the rights of others or is defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patkika LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
