Refund policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases from Calipso Visual Designs, operated by Patkika LLC. Because we sell digital products and custom design services, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital products

Downloadable digital products and templates are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or downloaded, because they cannot be “returned”. If a digital file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

Custom design services

For custom or made-to-order design services, work begins specifically for you. If you cancel before work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel after work has begun, we may retain a portion of the fee proportionate to the work completed.

Revisions before refunds

Many concerns can be resolved through the revision rounds included with your order. We ask that you allow us to address issues via the included revisions before requesting a refund.

EU/UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, and for custom-made goods, this right may not apply once delivery or work has begun with your consent. Where it does apply, contact us to exercise it.

How to request

To request a refund or cancellation, email contact@calypsovisual.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
